Mr. G.S. Raghav

an alumni of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University obtained a law degree in the year 1984 and since then has been practicing almost every major branch of law at all levels of judicial horizon starting from conducting trial of both civil and criminal cases before all the trial Courts and dealing with quite complicated cases right up to the last appellate stage before the Supreme Court of India. Mr. G.S. Raghav has been involved in intensive and extensive legal work with huge success rate on writ jurisdiction of most of the High Courts of India under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution and also the original writ jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution. He with equal interest and intensity has been regularly appearing before the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in a plethora of environmental matters of national importance, consumers’ legal rights and remedies before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, Bank loan / mortgage / Bank Guarantees matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Appellate Recovery Tribunal, service matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal, participation in evolvement of in Law Commission of India, election related issues in Election Commission of India, issues concerning infringement of human legal and fundamental rights before the Human Rights Commission of India, corporate laws before the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, civil disputes before the Arbitral Tribunals. Mr. G. S. Raghav is the only advocate in the Indian history of criminal trial so far who to his credit got trial of a murder case reopened in a criminal appeal in Delhi High Court against a judgment of trial Court awarding life imprisonment to eight persons and then successfully conducted the criminal trial before the Division Bench of the High Court of Delhi culminating into the honorable acquittal of all the eight accused persons.

Ms. Aruna Raghav-Advocate is an alumni of the Campus Law Center, Faculty of Law, Delhi University obtained a Law degree in the year 1986 and since then has been practicing civil law in High Court of Delhi, all District Courts of Delhi, Tribunals such as Principal Bench of National Green Tribunal, New Delhi, Debt Tribunal, New Delhi and Arbitration.
